Hello,
Can somebody give me a suggestion and options.
My H1B expires in April, 2007. My current company applied for LC in Jan 2003, it's in the Phili backlog ,got 45 days letter in aug,2005 ,replied immediately ,but it was denied in Jan 2007 ,because DOL said they didn’t receive response to the 45 days letter.
Attorney replied with all proofs to denial mail in Jan 2007.
Applied for 7th year extension in Jan, 2007 before LC denied.
What would be my situation, if DOL don’t open my case before April 20th?
Can I stay here until I get outcome from DOL regarding my closing case?
